  • Wellness Program: 8x 1:1 Mindful Art sessions

    Private session, we will address all areas in an Integrative way. A personalized health plan that combines Emotional Art healing, Mindfulness and Slow living exercises to transform your life in a comprehensive way. These are some of the topics included in the program

    - One initial 15 minutes free call

    - Emotional art healing - Usea a creative process to gain self- awareness and self - reflection in order to gain personal insight and develop self- control over emotions.

    -Managing anxiety

    - Improvement of self-esteem and limiting beliefs

    - Mindfulness to manage motivation and proactivity

    - The physical body, health in my life

    - Mindful eating

    - Practical exercises for managing stress and anxiety

    - We will work with the tool of the circle of life to be able to focus on those areas of your life that need more attention.

    - We can meet online or in person

    Private session, where you get to explore your creativity to improve your self-esteem and emotional well-being. Ideal for those seeking self-knowledge and anxiety management:

    -Emotional art healing - Use a creative process to gain self- awareness and self - reflection in order to gain personal insight and develop self- control over emotions.

    -Managing anxiety

    - Improvement of self-esteem and limiting beliefs.

    - Managing emotions and moods

    - Mindfulness and Breathwork

    - We will work with the tool of the circle of life - to be able to focus on those areas of your life that need more attention.

    - We can meet online or in person
