How many sessions would I need?
We will start the program on your own time and rhythm, the most important part is to actually start.
I normally recommend participants to do a 3 months program to begin with, this is so you can see some progress and make long lasting life changes. However, this will depend on your ability to commit and immerse yourself to the program.
What does the Coach do during each session?
Mindful coaching is an open and reflective exploration. I will ask the specific questions and together, we will find clarity.
We will organize a plan that works for you. We will follow up with practical exercises and activities that you can take home and do on your own time, in-between sessions.
This is a safe space for you. There is no judgment, this is a space created for open ideas and self discovery.
Why is it so important to book an initial phone call?
The 15 mins free consult is to get to know each other, this way you know if it is the right program for you and I can answer any question that you may have. We also schedule the first session and agree on the terms and conditions.
What happens after the first initial call?
You will receive an email that includes:
Welcome form
Contract form
Primary food form.
This is a requirement to be able to begin the program.
What happens during the first session?
We will discuss and complete a Primary food form.
We will talk, explore and set new goals.
We will look into the work/activities during the program period.
We will get to know each other.
We will work with the Circle of Life tool and much more.
